Cenosphere India Pvt. Ltd. (CIL) was incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. Co. to process and market Cenosphere world wide. The company is a sister concern of Gimpex Ltd., a reputed group dealing with various types of minerals and associated products.

Cenosphere India Pvt. Ltd. has started processing and selling cenosphere from the year 2004. it is registered as a 100% export oriented unit (EOU) and exporting cenosphere to USA, EUROPE and MIDDLE EAST Countries.

Cenosphere India Pvt. Ltd. has an processing unit in west Bengal. Which has been operational since 2004. over the running of the unit in last 6 years we have gathered and created a database of operation of production. We have also gathered technical expertise regarding all stages of production by way of running the plant. We have visited different plant in various countries furthering our technical expertise in this field. This has helped us in producing best quality cenosphere from india.

We are having a stringent quality control measures in our plant laboratory before dispatching the products to our customers.

In view of good demand of our products both in international and domestics market we have planned to expand our business and putting up a state of the art processing unit of cenosphere in nagpur. The new plant will be on stream from second quarter of 2011. this will not only help in increase our production substantially but also optimize our cost of production.

Globally our main competition is from China. However the Indian product specially ours has been acclaimed to be a superior quality vis-a-vis China's products. This facts has been well established from buyers report and feed back. Beside this, logistically india is nearer to middle east and south East Asia than China, where the market of cenosphere is large, thus resulting into more competitive price from the Indian sellers.
